By using Vista Website Studio and signing up as a Client, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use, including those terms and conditions incorporated by reference. By placing any order with Vista Website Studio you agree to all our terms and it is your responsibility to read our terms. You acknowledge and agree that Vista Website Studio shall have the right (but not the obligation) in its sole discretion, to pre-screen, refuse or remove any project and/or user provided content that violates these Terms and Conditions or is otherwise objectionable, including, without limitation, projects or content that is illegal, obscene, indecent, defamatory, incites religious, racial or ethnic hatred, or violates the rights of others. Activity that is brought to our attention which appears in our sole judgment to violate the law will be brought to the attention of the proper authorities. You acknowledge, consent and agree that Vista Website Studio may access, preserve, and disclose your account information and content if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce these Terms and Conditions; (c) respond to claims that any content violates the rights of third-parties; (d) respond to your requests for customer service; or (e) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Vista Website Studio, its users and the public.

Refund Policy / Money Back Guarantee

  • In any event, any deposited funds for a project shall not be subject to refund after delivery if the initial design concepts are approved, or a change is requested unless Vista Website Studio cancels or terminates your Contract for a reason other than your breach or non-performance.
  • If request for refund is made within 48 hours, you would be eligible for 66% refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
  • If request for refund is made between 48- 120 hours of the initial design delivery, you would be eligible 33% refund (less 10% service & processing fee)

  • No refund request will be entertained after 120 hours of your initial design delivery, however since we believe in 100% customer satisfaction you`re encouraged to contact us in case of any concern. No refund request will be entertained if you have not taken any action on your order for 30 days after placing your order. However, if you want to reactivate your order, you will be charged a certain fee depending on your project.
  • No refund requests will be entertained after the final files have been delivered. For website packages no refund will be entertained once website development has been completed or once the website has been deployed live.
  • For Vista Website Studio/ Custom packages, refund will be applicable the same as it is on the single packages. For example, if you order logo and web design service and approve the logo, you can claim refund for the website service at the time of initial design only.
  • The cancellation has been made due to reasons non-related to the company. (Change of mind, Death in the House, Any Occasion or function in the family etc.)
  • A refund request will need to have a valid reason which must be qualified against the design brief and customer feedback for revisions. Unless a concept has not been designed according to the brief, a refund will not be given however further revisions will be provided until complete satisfaction Money back guarantee is based on that the order is placed in good faith. Where a customer has placed design orders with more than one design agency for the same job with the intention to claim refund, we do not consider it a good faith. In such a case we reserve the right to decline a refund request.
  • All hosting and design jobs require customer feedback before finalizing the design therefore it is only fair that the customer gets involved and provides feedback in order to get the desired results.
  • You are legally agreeing to the terms and conditions by processing the order with Vista Website Studio.

    1. Eligibility for Refund

      Vista Website Studio is committed to providing high-quality website development and design services. We understand that exceptional circumstances may require a refund. Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:

      a. Service Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the initial design concepts and we are unable to make the necessary revisions to meet your expectations

      b. Service Non-Delivery: If we fail to initiate the project within 60 days from the agreed-upon start date.

      b.To request a refund, you must contact our customer support team at info@vistawebsitestudio.com within 60 days of the project start date. Refund requests made after this period may not be eligible.

    2. Refund Process

      To request a refund, you must provide the following information:

      Your full name and contact information

      A detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request

      Our customer support team will review your request and assess its eligibility based on the criteria outlined in section 1.

      If your request is approved, we will initiate the refund process within 60 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the project.

    3. Non-Refundable Items

      The following items are non-refundable:

      Domain Registration Fees: Fees associated with domain name registrations, transfers, or renewals are non-refundable

      Hosting Fees: Fees paid for hosting services are non-refundable. Refund requests related to hosting services are subject to our hosting terms and policies

      Customization Services: Any additional services, such as content creation, SEO services, or additional functionality, that were agreed upon and provided as part of the project are non-refundable.

    4. Service Cancellation

      If you decide to cancel your project after it has commenced but before its completion, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the work completed up to that point. The refund will be prorated according to the percentage of the project completed

      Vista Website Studio reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and customers will be notified accordingly.

    Working in collaboration with the Government Copyright Agencies Vista Website Studio would share Copyright Acquisition information for the refunded designs that would restrict the re-use of the designs as original designs in the future.     Vista Website Studio - Service Generally

    Description: Vista Website Studio Service is an online service where individuals or entities that have signed up with Vista Website Studio as clients (each, a "Client") can post specific assignments and project descriptions, including illustrative samples or other media (each, a "Creative Brief"), revise those Creative Briefs (each, a "Revision Brief") and obtain responses (each, a "Response") to those Creative or Revision Briefs from design experts retained by Vista Website Studio("Members"). Vista Website Studio will provide you, as the Client, the Service according to the Package you have chosen as detailed in section 1(e) below. Your Responses will be created iteratively through a drafting cycle of Creative Briefs, Revision Briefs and Responses, ultimately resulting in a final Response conforming to your various Creative and Revision Briefs.

    Creative Brief and Responses: You are solely responsible for preparing and posting detailed descriptions of each of your Creative Briefs to the Web Site, including providing samples illustrating your Creative Brief and any relevant deadlines. For each Response to a Creative Brief that you want to receive, a term sheet (a "Term Sheet") will be generated that will contain, and be subject to, the terms and conditions you have established for the Creative or Revision Brief. Vista Website Studio is under no obligation to review a Creative or Revision Brief or Term Sheet for any purpose, including accuracy, completeness of information, quality or clarity. Vista Website Studio may decide, in its sole discretion, to deny a Creative or Revision Brief or a Term Sheet.

    Reviewing Responses: When Vista Website Studio provides you with a Response, you are responsible for reviewing the Response. If you fail to promptly inform Vista Website Studio that the Response is not reasonably responsive to the related Term Sheet or Creative Brief, you will be deemed to have accepted the Response. If you notify Vista Website Studio that you think a Response is not reasonably responsive to the related Creative Brief, you shall then submit to the Web Site a Revision Brief containing information regarding amendments or modification to be made to the initial Response. After you provide Vista Website Studio with a Revision Brief, Vista Website Studio will provide you with a subsequent Response that conforms to the additional criteria you requested. Vista Website Studio is not responsible for the content of Responses developed to the extent that such Responses are prepared to conform to your Creative or Revision Briefs.

    Revision Cycles: Revision cycles generally consist of unlimited additional compositions that incorporate changes you request in a Revision Brief. The purpose of the revision process is to create Responses that move your project forward in the specific direction you have determined. You may request significant changes in the first and second cycles, and the Responses generated might be quite different in nature from the original composition you selected. By the third revision request, your requests shall be modifications of the current composition only. Revision requests that depart from the then-current composition will be honored and completed in a timely manner, however; Vista Website Studio reserves the right to charge $50 for each such Revision. No revision work, which requires payment, will be started without your authorization.

    Client Accounts: When you register for the Service, you must pay for the Service via credit card, or other payment method authorized by Vista Website Studio. You will be charged for the Package you have selected along with and additional products and/or services you select as add-ons. If you pay by credit card, you will be required to provide a valid credit card number and credit card billing address when registering as a Client. Vista Website Studio will email you a receipt for the transactions in which you are involved. Our fee policy for Clients may change and we may decide to impose additional fees on Clients at any time; however, such additional fees will not apply to projects submitted before Vista Website Studio implements any such change in fees.
